Welcome to Animarketz — a decentralized prediction market for anime fans. By creating an account, voting on events, trading character stocks, competing in tournaments, battling in 1v1 duels, playing Blackjack and Poker, sharing posts to the community feed, purchasing tokens, or otherwise using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this agreement in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Agreement to Follow All Game Rules

You agree to abide by the rules of every game and market available on Animarketz, including prediction markets (contracts), Character Stocks trading, Tournaments, 1v1 Duels, Blackjack, Poker, VS Battles, community feed participation, referrals, and token purchases.

  • You may only use one account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate pools, prices, or referral bonuses is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances and account termination.
  • All stakes (Berries) placed on a contract or stock trade are committed at the time of submission. Reversals are not permitted except where explicitly allowed by the platform.
  • Exploiting bugs, colluding with other users, or attempting to artificially inflate or deflate market pools or stock prices is strictly forbidden.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Activity performed under your account is your responsibility.
  • Berries (฿) are an in-platform currency used for entertainment. Every new account starts with ฿1,000,000. Berries have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, withdrawn, or cashed out into real currency in any way, shape, or form.
  • You may watchlist events and character stocks, join event discussions, and export trending event snapshots or stock leaderboards for social sharing. Abusive, harassing, or spam content in discussions may be removed and may result in account restrictions.
  • You may share posts to the community feed (with up to four images), react to and comment on other players' posts, follow accounts you like, and exchange direct messages with other users. Private accounts restrict their posts to their approved followers and administrators. Abusive, harassing, or spam content in posts, comments, or messages may be removed and may result in account restrictions.
  • Event creators may hide live statistics from viewers and mark an event as a popularity poll, where per-option percentages are shown but the underlying pool and odds are concealed until resolution.
  • Tournaments are single-elimination brackets of 16 character stocks that advance over multiple rounds on an automated schedule. You may wager Berries on each matchup (picking one of two stocks to advance). Wagers lock when a round auto-advances; late or missing wagers are not counted. Correct picks earn proportional payouts from the matchup pool.
  • 1v1 Duels let you escrow Berries against another player. When you create or join a duel, your wager is locked (escrowed) until the match is settled. You may have only one active duel at a time. Casual duels (against an instantly matched opponent) can be paused and resumed later; leaving or closing an active matchmaking duel before it completes counts as a forfeit and your escrowed wager is awarded to your opponent. Duels resolved by the scoring system pay the winner the full pot; a tie splits the pot evenly.
  • Blackjack tables let you wager Berries against the house dealer and the other players at your table. You may play solo against the dealer or join a multiplayer table. The host of a multiplayer table starts each hand; every player sets a per-round wager before the deal. You are dealt a hand of character cards and take turns to Hit (draw another card) or Stand (lock your hand), aiming to beat the dealer without exceeding 21. Your turn is limited to 30 seconds; if time expires, your hand is automatically stood. The dealer then plays their hand and wagers are settled: hands closer to 21 than the dealer win, equal hands push, and busts lose. You may leave a table between hands; host-created multiplayer tables remain open and rejoinable.
  • You may claim one daily login bonus: ฿500 is credited to your wallet automatically when you log in, at most once every 24 hours per user.
  • You may submit suggestions for new events or character stocks via the suggestion box. Submitted suggestions are reviewed by administrators and may be implemented at the platform's discretion. Inappropriate or spam suggestions may be removed.
  • You may contact the platform via the in-app contact form or by emailing animarketzllc@gmail.com. The name, email, subject, and message you provide are stored and reviewed by administrators to respond to your inquiry.
  • The platform sends in-app notifications to alert you to new markets, price movements on watchlisted items, referral rewards, and account reminders. You may mark notifications as read or dismiss them at any time.

2. How Winners Are Determined

Prediction Markets (Contracts)

  • Each contract has a defined set of options and a deadline. Votes may only be placed before the deadline while the contract is active.
  • Contracts come in several types: Binary (Yes/No), Multiple-Choice (select from several options), VS Battles (two characters or teams face off with image displays), and Popularity Polls (where vote percentages are hidden and only the total pool is shown).
  • When a contract is resolved, the winning option (or winning options, for multiple-choice contracts) is set by the platform's administrators based on the verified real-world outcome of the event described in the contract.
  • Payouts use a proportional model: the total pool wagered on all options is distributed only among users who selected the winning option, in proportion to each user's stake relative to the total winning pool.
  • Users who vote on a losing option forfeit their stake, which contributes to the pool paid to winners. The platform does not charge a separate fee on payouts unless stated otherwise on a specific contract.
  • For popularity polls, payouts are calculated the same way as standard contracts; the hidden statistics do not change the proportional payout model.

Character Stocks

  • Character stocks can be bought (long) or shorted. Gains and losses are determined by the movement of each character's price from your entry price to the current price.
  • Positions remain open until you choose to close them. Closing a long position at a higher price than entry results in a gain; closing below entry results in a loss. Short positions are the inverse.
  • Multiple long positions on the same character are merged into a single position with a volume-weighted average entry price. You may sell any number of shares from an open position; the remaining shares stay open at the same average entry.
  • You may optionally attach a stop-loss or take-profit price to an open position. When the market price reaches your threshold, an automated monitor closes the position on your behalf. Stop-loss and take-profit are best-effort and depend on market price updates; they are not guaranteed to execute at the exact specified price.
  • Stock prices are driven by platform activity and may drift based on trading volume. Prices are for entertainment purposes and do not represent real securities.

Referral Bonuses

  • When you invite a new user via your referral link, the referred user receives a ฿100,000 bonus immediately upon signup (added to their starting balance). You (the referrer) receive your ฿100,000 bonus once the referred user places their first successful bet.
  • The referrer bonus is delayed until the referred user's first bet as a sybil-protection measure. Self-referrals and multi-account farming are not permitted and may result in forfeiture of referral rewards and account termination.
  • Referral links are based on your username (or user id if no username is set). Anyone who registers through your link and completes signup is counted as your referral.

Tournaments

  • A tournament is a single-elimination bracket of 16 character stocks, played over four rounds (Round of 16, Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and Final). Each round lasts a set duration and auto-advances when the round ends.
  • For each matchup, you may wager Berries on which of the two stocks will advance. Only wagers placed before the round auto-advances are counted; once a round advances, wagers on that round are locked.
  • When a matchup resolves, users who picked the advancing stock win a proportional share of that matchup's pool, calculated the same way as contract payouts. Losing picks forfeit their stake to the pool.
  • The final winning stock is crowned the tournament champion. Any registered user may create a tournament; the creator earns a 1% commission from each resolved matchup's pool (deducted before winners are paid). Rounds auto-advance on schedule, and the platform reserves the right to adjust round timing or resolve disputes in good faith.

1v1 Duels

  • A duel is a head-to-head battle where you and an opponent each escrow an equal wager of Berries. The winner takes the combined pot; a tie splits it evenly.
  • Each duel is played by drafting a team of six characters from a chosen anime roster into positions: Captain, Vice Captain, Tank, Duelist, Support, and Traitor. Characters are drawn one at a time and placed strategically. Position values are fixed: Captain is worth 50 points, Vice Captain 40, Tank 30, Duelist 20, and Support 10. The higher-rated character wins the position's points, and exact rating ties split the position's points evenly.
  • After the draft, the Traitor Round begins: each player plants their Traitor into one of the opponent's non-Captain positions (Tank, Duelist, or Support), sabotaging that slot. Final scores are then calculated from each position's matchup, including the traitor sabotage effect.
  • Legendary characters (rated 12 stars and above) are immune to traitor sabotage — a Traitor cannot replace them. God-tier characters (rated 14 stars) are worth 50 points in any position they occupy; if both players draft a God, the effects cancel and scoring is fully normal. A God planted as a Traitor neutralizes the slot it lands in and costs its victim 50 points off their total.
  • In single mode, one draft decides the winner. In first-to-500 mode, players draft repeatedly and the first to reach 500 total points wins (if both cross 500 in the same round, the higher total wins).
  • Casual duels (against an instantly matched opponent) may be paused and resumed across sessions; matchmaking duels must be completed in one active session. Leaving or abandoning an active matchmaking duel before completion results in a forfeit and loss of your escrowed wager. The platform's scoring engine determines the outcome and is final.
  • VS Battles use the same drafting, positions, and scoring rules in a solo format against a house bot, with your results saved to your battle history.

Poker — How to Play

Poker is played as Texas Hold'em with anime character cards: each character's star rating maps to a card rank, and suits are assigned for a balanced deck. You are dealt a private two-card hand and share five community cards with the table.

  • A hand runs through four betting rounds — Preflop, Flop, Turn, and River — with the dealer button and blinds rotating each hand. On your turn you can fold, call, or raise; turns are limited to 30 seconds.
  • At showdown, the best five-card poker hand (built from your two cards and the five community cards) wins the pot; tied best hands split it evenly.
  • You may play solo heads-up against the house bot or join a live multiplayer table (2–8 players). Every player escrows the table's buy-in as their starting chip stack on join, and your remaining chips are settled back to your wallet when you leave or the table closes.

Blackjack — How to Play

Blackjack is played with a deck of character cards drawn from your chosen anime roster. The objective is simple: beat the house dealer's hand without your card total exceeding 21.

Card Values

  • Each character card's value is based on its star rating. Cards rated 1–9 count as their face value; King/Queen-tier characters (rated 10) count as 10; and top-tier characters (rated 11 and above) count as Aces, worth 11 or 1 — whichever keeps your hand from busting.
  • Your hand total is the sum of your card values. Aces auto-adjust from 11 to 1 as needed to keep you under 21.

The Deal

  • You and any other players at the table are each dealt a two-card hand. The dealer receives one face-up card and one face-down (hole) card.
  • If your first two cards total exactly 21, you have a natural Blackjack — the best opening hand — which pays a bonus.

Your Turn: Hit or Stand

  • When it is your turn, choose to Hit (draw another card) or Stand (lock your hand and end your turn).
  • You may keep hitting to build your total, but if your hand exceeds 21 you bust and lose your wager automatically.
  • Your turn is timed to 30 seconds. If you do not act before the timer expires, your hand is automatically stood for you.

The Dealer's Turn

  • Once every player has acted, the dealer reveals the hole card. The dealer must Hit on 16 or less and Stand on 17 or more.
  • If the dealer busts, every player still in the hand wins.

Settling Wagers

  • Win: your hand beats the dealer's — you earn Berries equal to your wager (a natural Blackjack pays an enhanced bonus).
  • Push: your hand ties the dealer's — your wager is returned.
  • Loss: the dealer's hand beats yours (or you bust) — you forfeit your wager.

Solo & Multiplayer Tables

  • Solo Play: play a private hand against the house dealer with no other players at the table.
  • Multiplayer Tables: join a live table from the lobby. The host starts each hand; every player sets a per-round wager before the deal. You may spectate and join a hand in progress, taking your seat at the next deal.
  • You may leave a table between hands at any time. Host-created tables remain open and rejoinable so you can return and keep playing.

Administrators have final authority over contract resolution. In the event of an ambiguous or disputed outcome, the platform will resolve the contract in good faith and its decision is final.

3. Token Purchases

Purchasing Berries

  • You may purchase additional Berries (฿) using real money via Base44 Payments. All purchases are processed securely through our certified payment provider.
  • Token package pricing and quantities are set by the platform and are verified server-side. You will see the exact amount and token quantity on the checkout page before completing your purchase.
  • Token packages are available as either a one-time purchaseor a monthly subscription. Monthly subscriptions apply an additional discount in exchange for a recurring monthly commitment, and your chosen Berry allowance is credited to your wallet on each billing cycle.
  • Monthly subscriptions auto-renew each month until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your wallet; cancellation stops future renewals but you keep the Berries already credited for the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods except where required by law.
  • All purchases are final. Once Berries are credited to your wallet, they cannot be refunded except where required by law.
  • Berries are a non-refundable, in-platform virtual currency with no monetary value. There is no way to cash out, exchange, withdraw, convert, or redeem Berries for real currency, cash, or any other store of value, in any way, shape, or form — whether directly, indirectly, or through any third party. All purchases of Berries are final and non-refundable.
